RTP Tech Solution provides IT consulting and software development services. Since our foundation in 2014, we have assisted various organizations and businesses with tech integrations.
3. Payments and Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to commence any project with RTP Tech Solution. This deposit is non-refundable.
Payments for our services are based on milestones, which will be outlined and agreed upon at the beginning of the project.
Failure to make milestone payments on time may result in a delay or suspension of services until the payment is received.
4. Project Delivery
RTP Tech Solution commits to delivering projects within the agreed timeframe, contingent upon timely milestone payments and any other requirements from the client being met.
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure events) will be communicated in a timely manner.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing all necessary information, feedback, and resources required for the successful completion of the project in a timely manner.
- Making prompt payments as per the agreed-upon milestones.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared between the client and RTP Tech Solution will be treated as strictly confidential unless otherwise specified.
7. Intellectual Property
Once final payment is received, the intellectual property rights of the developed software or service will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination
RTP Tech Solution reserves the right to terminate a project if there's a breach of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, non-payment.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments for completed milestones become due immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
RTP Tech Solution, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Amendments
RTP Tech Solution reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically to stay informed.
